Everyone says their mum is wonderful, but mine truely was, she was not only my mum but my best friend, how we loved each others company visiting the shops in Prestwich and spending hours just chatting and passing the time of day. I can not remember a day without talking to mum and today I lifted the phone to talk to her as if she was still here to suddenly remember that she has gone. Every occasion it was spent with mum, being together was never a chore, mum laughed at all my stories and thought I was funny even when others didnt Her kind nature won the hearts of everyone that met her and I never heard her call anyone, her spirit will live on in my heart forever.
